Our Businesses
Building a Better Food Future – From Farm to Family
At Nourish, our strength lies in integration. Across the poultry, livestock, dairy, aquaculture, and food sectors, we have built an ecosystem that connects farmers to consumers through innovation, efficiency, and care. Each division contributes to a shared mission — to nourish people, places, and the planet.

The Pink Revolution
Feeding the Nation, Empowering Farmers
The Nourish Poultry Division forms the heart of our operations — driving Bangladesh’s Pink Revolution through excellence in breeding, nutrition, and technology.
Day-Old Chicks (DOCs)
From the world’s top genetic lines — Cobb-500, Hubbard, and Arbor Acres — we produce superior-quality DOCs that ensure optimal growth, feed efficiency, and farm profitability. Currently, our breed is Arbor Acres from Aviagen, recognized as one of the finest broiler breeds in the world.
Feed Production
With a robust nationwide distribution network and a reputation for high Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR), Nourish Feed ranks #1 in Broiler Feed, #2 in Layer Feed, and #3 in Aqua & Cattle Feed in Bangladesh.
Integrated Commercial Farming
Our modern broiler farms serve as live demonstration units showcasing biosecurity, welfare standards, and productivity benchmarks for farmers nationwide.
Farmer Partnerships
The longest-running operational expression of Farmer’s First. Our Integration network spans seven operational units across Mymensingh, Gazipur, and Jessore, supporting fifteen hundred enlisted smallholder farmers through risk-free partnerships. We provide the day-old chicks, the feed, the vaccines, and the technical support; the farmer provides the building, the labour, and the daily care. At the end of the cycle, farmers are paid for the quality of their work, not exposed to market volatility.
